Momentum Group is seeking a skilled professional to design and execute an employee engagement strategy that connects our business purpose and vision to the employee experience. This role partners with leaders across the Group Finance and Group Risk Management portfolio to ensure people strategies are aligned, impactful, and future-ready. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive, engaged workforce that supports our mission to grow savings, protect what matters most, and invest for a better future

Responsibilities

• The Employee Engagement Specialist will design and deliver strategies, campaigns, and events that connect employees to Momentum Group’s purpose, values, and culture
• Working closely with leaders, Human Capital, and creative teams, the role involves creating impactful communications, enhancing the employee brand experience, and embedding engagement practices throughout the employee lifecycle
• Key tasks include managing digital and in-person initiatives, producing engaging content, organizing events, building stakeholder relationships, and tracking the effectiveness of engagement efforts to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• BA Communication or related degree
• Degree/ Honours in Communications or Marketing (Desirable)
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Project Management/ Coordination experience (Advantageous)
• Experience working with creative partners in the development of engagement campaigns
• Experience in employee engagement initiatives conceptualisation and implementation
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the HC environment and value chain
• Understands the insurance industry and drivers of business success
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of employee engagement, employee experience
